With over two decades immersed in the restaurant and hotel industry, Anthony Alvarez brings a wealth of experience honed through collaborations with Los Angeles culinary luminaries like Josiah Citron of Melisse, Nancy Silverton of Mozza, and Walter Manzke of Church & State. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to play a key role in the 2019 opening of Waters Edge Winery, Long Beach's first winery. Building on this success, Anthony partnered with Advanced Sommelier and long-time friend John Hansen of Napa Rose to launch Chez Bacchus in 2021. Currently, he has a real estate license with The Piña Realty Group and is opening St. Amand Wines, an online wine and mobile tasting shop. Anthony's expertise extends to hosting engaging mixers and catered events for agents of the Pina Realty Group, their prospective clients, and other business professionals, seamlessly blending his passion for hospitality and business together.
